At Dead Strode, we are all about making our customers happy! We work hard everyday to bring you the latest and greatest products but we understand that shopping online doesn’t always work out as first anticipated. By shopping at Dead Strode, you are accepting the below terms and conditions regarding the return of your purchase.
The following information outlines everything regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and overall policy guidelines.
If you have received your order and the product doesn’t fit or doesn’t suit, we are more than happy to provide a refund or exchange. We will accept ALL returns given that they are received within 14 business days of arrival and meet all of the return policy guidelines.
Return Policy Guidelines
All returns must be received in original condition in which they were sent – the product must be unworn, without stains/marks/smells, unwashed and with all tags attached. This includes the packing slip.
We do not refund sale items.
We do not cover the return shipping costs.
We do not offer exchanges on products due to the nature of stock turnover. If you have ordered the wrong size or colour, you must complete a new order with the correct information. If this is the case, we cannot guarantee that we will have the correct size and/or colour in stock so be sure to read all information carefully, compare sizes with the provided sizing guide against yourself, and review all orders before processing. Dead Strode does not take responsibility if you order the wrong size.
All you need to do is…
1. Complete the returns form with your details, order number and reason for return.
2. Package the product in original condition with the returns form (download below) into a mailing bag.
3. Post back to Dead Strode (as stated above, we do not cover the return shipping costs hence the postage fee must be made by the customer).

At Dead Strode, we check all our products carefully before sending to ensure only the highest of quality products are being delivered to our customers. If there is a manufacturing fault in the garment we will provide a refund for this product given that images are sent to us via email detailing the fault/s and the product is returned to us. We will cover the cost of shipping if requested prior to returning the faulty item. Note: we will not accept faulty returns if the product has been damaged by the customer or an external source.
