Dispatch and Delivery Times
Please allow between 24-48 hours for orders to be dispatched. Times may vary during sale periods and holidays throughout the year.
Standard shipping takes between 4-7 working days and express shipping takes between 1-2 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays).
Orders will not be dispatched on weekends. They will be sent the next working day.
If you do not receive your order after the above timeframe please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Please note that if you do not receive your order and we can provide proof of dispatch then it will be the responsibility of the third party delivery service to resolve this issue. We can not take responsibility and accountability for careless delivery services. We will not be accountable for orders considered stolen, lost or delayed due to the delivery services. We will however assist in solving any problems relating to the above issues.
If your order doesn’t arrive there is the possibility that an attempted drop off has taken place and that your package has been redirected to the nearest post office for collection. You will need a current ID to successfully collect your package from the post office.
PLEASE NOTE: Parts of Western Australia and Northern Territory are outside of the Australia Post Express Network. The expected delivery timeframe for express orders in these areas may be delayed. For specific postcode exclusions, click here.
