We have the right to change the terms and conditions at anytime without personal notice to the consumer. Any changes made to the terms and conditions will be immediately effective once updated on this website.


When you make an order from the website, you are agreeing to the item, size, colour, price and any other taxes or charges at the time of purchase under the following stated Terms + Conditions. When an order is made and before dispatch, we hold the right during this time to accept or cancel any offers for purchase for reasons not limited to – the unavailability of the stock or an error relating to the pricing of the product, description of the product or the overall order.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email including details of your product(s). Please note that this however does not mean a contract has been created between us and yourself instead it signifies that we have been notified of your order. A contract is only formed when we dispatch your item(s) and a shipping confirmation email is sent.

Stock Availability

Please note that all styles stocked on our website are limited and may sell out quickly. Some items may potentially be restocked however some will only be available once. If there is any item that you are interested in that is currently out of stock, don’t hesitate to send us an email at deadstrodeapparel@gmail.com to see if we are restocking the item!


We currently accept Visa and MasterCard payments and Paypal. If at any time during checkout you experience difficulty, please contact us via email and we will offer assistance to help solve any problems.



We will not be held accountable for lost items due to carelessness and neglect of the nominated delivery services if evidence of successful shipping has been made and can be proven by us. If items have been lost during transit, it is the responsibility of the delivery company. Contact us immediately via email if your order is significantly delayed or suspected to be missing.

Prices and Currency

The prices of all products and delivery charges are subject to change at any time and once any changes are made this will be immediately effective once updated on this website. All prices listed on the website are in AUD currency.

We are not responsible for any interruptions or disturbances to our website due to technological failure. We can not guarantee that the website will be available all the time or at a specific time for any reason. If a technological disturbance does occur, we will resolve the problem in a timely manner.
